By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Koru & Ivy.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Our Services are intended for business owners and aesthetic service providers operating lawfully in their respective jurisdictions.
Koru & Ivy provides an AI-powered business growth platform designed for aesthetic and beauty service providers. Our Services include access to custom AI bots, training modules, business strategy resources, and optional done-for-you services, organized across three subscription tiers as described on our website. The specific features available to you depend on your active subscription tier.
Our Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate corresponding to your selected tier. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the Services through that date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Because our Services provide immediate digital access upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at [email protected].
California residents: nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under California law, including the right to dispute unauthorized charges with your financial institution.

All content, materials, AI tools, training modules, branding, and technology provided through our Services are the exclusive property of Koru & Ivy or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own business purposes only.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant Koru & Ivy a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Services.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business results will be achieved through use of our platform.
The AI tools and coaching content provided through our Services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Koru & Ivy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Koru & Ivy in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
